Each of the 25 participating Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries will pair a unique, gourmet grill inspired food with one of their amazing VQA wines!

To make sure you can enjoy all of the amazing food & wine that is offered thoughout this event  Grape Escape Wine Tours are an official “Designated Driver” partner!

Transportation services include;

  • Return Transportation from Brockamour Manor.
  • Grape Escape Tour Guide with you thorughout the day
  • Planned route to your requested wineries to ensure you get to as many as you can!
  • Additional tastings at any of our partner wineries (subject to availability on the day)

Ice Wine Festival – January 2015

Canada is one of the few countries in the world that has the varying climate be able to produce Icewine.  The Niagara Region has been making Icewine since 1984 and has perfected the art of Icewine production…. If you have not been lucky enough to try it yet then the Niagara Icewine Festival 2015 is the perfect chance!

With over 30 wineries to choose from, each of them pairing a selection of their delicious Icewines with a specially created food.  The experience combines culinary excellence with the delectable dessert that is Icewine itself!

Grape Escape Wine Tours  provide a “Designated Driver” service so you can fully enjoy all of the amazing, award winning Icewines available to sample without the worry of having to find your way between wineries, and so you can try as many wines as you like!  Let the friendly and knowledgable guides escort you on your day to ensure you get the most from your trip to Niagara on the Lake.

GRAPE ESCAPE WINE TOURS offers transportation between 11am and 5pm on the days of the event and all transportation services include pick-up & drop-off from BROCKAMOUR MANOR.

Each “Discovery Pass” gives the holder 8 sample vouchers to visits 8 different wineries for the Icewine & Food Pairings.  We can purchase the Discovery Pass for you or if you already have it you can just book the transportation.

The OLiV Chef’s are creating another fabulous OLiV in the Garden night at Hinterbrook Winery. OLiV Head Chef Rob Webster and his team have selected some of our fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar to create a tantalizing flavour to perfectly pair with Hinterbrook’s excellent Pinot Noir. In celebration, Hinterbrook will be offering its Pinot Noir by the glass at a reduced cost of $7.00 for this occasion only.
Invite your friends, family, guests or just come out yourself for some fine food and wine in the garden. And, there is no extra charge for the stimulating conversation! What a great way to end the week. We look forward to seeing you there.

The night of Friday, July 13th begins at Hinterbrook Winery with OLiV preparing delicious Tapas dishes which will pair great with the stunning wines from Hinterbrook Winery…. There will also be entertainment which is sure to make a perfect evening!

Normally it’s known as Food Truck Fridays, however OLiV is up for the challenge to prove they don’t need wheels to provide delicious food!  See below for the menu selection that will be available and be sure to stop by… we know we will!
