The OLiV Chef’s are creating another fabulous OLiV in the Garden night at Hinterbrook Winery. OLiV Head Chef Rob Webster and his team have selected some of our fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar to create a tantalizing flavour to perfectly pair with Hinterbrook’s excellent Pinot Noir. In celebration, Hinterbrook will be offering its Pinot Noir by the glass at a reduced cost of $7.00 for this occasion only.
Invite your friends, family, guests or just come out yourself for some fine food and wine in the garden. And, there is no extra charge for the stimulating conversation! What a great way to end the week. We look forward to seeing you there.

The night of Friday, July 13th begins at Hinterbrook Winery with OLiV preparing delicious Tapas dishes which will pair great with the stunning wines from Hinterbrook Winery…. There will also be entertainment which is sure to make a perfect evening!

Normally it’s known as Food Truck Fridays, however OLiV is up for the challenge to prove they don’t need wheels to provide delicious food!  See below for the menu selection that will be available and be sure to stop by… we know we will!

Prosciutto Wrapped Jalapeno Bombs $7.95

Prosciutto wrapped Jalapeno Peppers stuffed with OLiV Fig Balsamic Goats Cheese.

Served with a Jalapeno & Fig Aioli on a Nest of Young Greens.
