The OLiV Chef’s are creating another fabulous OLiV in the Garden night at Hinterbrook Winery. OLiV Head Chef Rob Webster and his team have selected some of our fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar to create a tantalizing flavour to perfectly pair with Hinterbrook’s excellent Pinot Noir. In celebration, Hinterbrook will be offering its Pinot Noir by the glass at a reduced cost of $7.00 for this occasion only.
Invite your friends, family, guests or just come out yourself for some fine food and wine in the garden. And, there is no extra charge for the stimulating conversation! What a great way to end the week. We look forward to seeing you there.
